Welcome to 22 Queens Avenue in beautiful Grand Bend. This is a lovingly renovated cottage and from the moment you step inside you will know why you chose this for your family vacation in Grand Bend
The main floor boasts a beautiful kitchen including full size appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
A full bath and bedroom w/ queen bed and a second bedroom with a double bed are on the main floor for your convenience. A flat screen TV is located in the open concept living area and is equipped with cable. Wi Fi is available as well .. The wi fi password will be provided upon arrival
The lower floor is home to 2 bedrooms , one with a double size bed and the other with a twin as well as a twin over double set of bunk beds and another 4 piece bathroom., laundry, pool table and family room also with a flat screen tv.
A veranda on the front and a deck on the south side of the home where the bbq is located Are both very appealing outdoor spaces. A fire pit is located in the back yard
Fire wood may be purchased at many locations along the highway as well as all the grocery stores, home hardware and Rona in Grand Bend. We ask that you keep your fires a reasonable size at all times.
Garbage pick-up is every Tuesday morning. Please make sure to put out all your recycling and your garbage before 7 am or late Monday evening. We ask that you place the garbage and recycling bins across the street for pick up.
Please note that this rental is fully supplied with linens, but bring your own towels please
